A large old, scarred common octopus casts a wise eye out from the vivid reds and browns of the shadowy edge of a Cornish kelp forest.

These are exhibition quality C-type prints, true photographic prints with an archival life of 40 years. They are made using chromogenic materials and processes but with the light source coming from a digital file, rather than directly from a negative.
Light sensitive silver halide paper is exposed using an LED or laser light source and put through a conventional chemical developing process.
